LivePlan's New Plan Experience has introduced many exciting new features, including Market Research, Plan Review, Reference Files, enhanced AI writing tools, improved export options, and many more!

Your plan is in the Classic Plan Experience
Features like Market Research, Plan Review, and others are available in the New Plan Experience. Plans created in the Classic Plan Experience will continue to work normally, but these newer features won’t appear until the plan has been migrated.

Migrating your plan allows you to access these features while preserving your existing content.
Once migrated, you’ll be able to refine your writing with AI, generate tailored market research, and improve your plan’s visual presentation with enhanced themes and formatting.
Market Research isn't visible in your account
Some features in the New Plan Experience, such as Market Research, are only available for Premium tier accounts. These features provide deeper AI-powered insights and enhanced tools designed to help you strengthen and support your business plan.
How to upgrade to LivePlan Premium
Upgrade your account to LivePlan Premium
If your current subscription doesn’t include these features, upgrading to Premium will unlock access.
Once upgraded, you’ll be able to use Market Research and other advanced tools directly within LivePlan, without needing to rely on outside tools.

You're collaborating in another account
Only account owners can convert plans into the New Plan Experience. If you’re a contributor or guest on a plan, you’re able to collaborate, but conversion options will appear only for the account owner.
Who can help you migrate your plan
Request plan migration from the account owner
You can reach out to your account owner and ask them to migrate your plan.
Once converted, all collaborators in your plan will be able to use the new features available in the New Plan Experience.

Your plan has a highly customized outline
LivePlan is rolling out the New Plan Experience in stages to ensure plans convert cleanly and accurately. Plans with more customization are included in later stages of the rollout so the depth, structure, and detail you’ve built into your content will carry over smoothly.
