LivePlan offers a 35-day money-back guarantee. If you decide during the first 35 days that the app doesn't meet your needs, simply contact our Customer Advocate team.
Note that we will not automatically apply your refund if you cancel your LivePlan account. You'll still need to contact us directly via email or live chat within the first 35 days of creating your account to request your refund.

It’s too expensive: We offer both monthly and annual subscriptions so you can choose your savings. The monthly option offers a lower up-front payment, and the annual option saves you 25% when you pay for the year. Keep in mind, too, that you can cancel a monthly subscription at any time.
