Downloading your plan while your account is on hold
If you have placed your LivePlan account on hold, you can still download a copy of the plan for the currently active company in your account at any time.
Note: If your account has been canceled, or you need to download one of your archived plans from an on-hold account please contact us for help.
Log into your account at app.liveplan.com.
You'll see buttons to download a copy of your plan as either a PDF or a Word document. Click either Download as PDF or Export Word Doc:
If you download your plan as a PDF, LivePlan will first display it in your browser. To save the file to your computer, you'll need to click your browser's Download button. This article shows what that button looks like for all popular browsers.
Note: Your PDF download will have the last theme that you assigned to it before placing your account on hold. To change the theme, you can always reactivate your account by clicking the link in the upper right corner of the overlay.
