Can I use LivePlan outside the U.S.?

LivePlan is designed to create a business plan anywhere in the world. It contains a complete plan outline that you can use for any type of business, which can be further customized to reflect any local requirements. We offer a large selection of additional content you can add to your plan and create custom chapters, sections, and topics.

LivePlan operates in English, but there are ways to produce your plan in other languages.

Changing the currency type in LivePlan to reflect your local currency is easy. There's no need to convert; you can type the amounts as they exist in your local currency.

Note: If you are working in India, please note that LivePlan is not configured for Crore or Lakh representations.

It should be noted that the Benchmark data in LivePlan is U.S. data. We continue searching for sources of international benchmarks but haven't found significant enough data sets to be valid for our customers outside the U.S. However, since the Benchmark data is used primarily to verify whether your forecast aligns with your industry, you can still use this data set as a general comparison. The Benchmark data does not populate your business plan, so it won't affect your forecast.

The only other consideration for an entrepreneur outside the U.S. would be representing taxes in the business plan. LivePlan represents sales and income taxes as flat percentages of your revenue. Suppose you must represent a more detailed scenario, such as the VAT, GST, or HST. In that case, we can help you create a simple representation in your LivePlan forecast - basically, a net result of your VAT/GST/HST payments and credits. This option will work well for most businesses. Just let us know if we can help you with this.

If you have any other questions about how LivePlan will work for your locality, please feel free to .
